With a stable, democratic government Costa Rica has expanded it's tourist infrastructure with wonderful resorts and convenient access through it's capital San Juan. Flights to San Juan are easy and relatively inexpensive.</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular" size="2">Costa Rica one of the few places in the world where you can enjoy easy access to both the Caribbean and Pacific Oceans. Tour old banana plantations by river boat and enjoy laid-back Caribbean beaches on the east coast, or travel a few hours to the west coast to enjoy some of the finest beaches in the world. In between you can visit the smoking, active volcano of Mount Arenas, visit tropical rainforests packed with exotic birds and animals, go white-water river rafting, or just enjoy shopping amidst the friendly Ticos.</font></p>
