Changes to an invoice once confirmed an deposited to SOUTH PACIFIC ISLAND TRAVEL will have a change fee applied in the amount of $50.00 per each change.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Once a deposit has been made, a minimum $125.00 per person administration fee will be assessed in addition to the charges listed below.
Cancellation received 60 days prior to departure will be assessed a service charge of $175.00 per person.
Cancellation received less than 60 days prior to departure, no refund available.
Airfare is not guaranteed until ticketed and paid in full. Once ticketed, cancellations are subject to individual airline cancellation policies.
Cancellation Policy for all Dive Vessels may vary with each different vessel. Please see separate policy for live-aboards.
NOTE: Cancellation penalties are subject to change without notice at anytime. All cancellations will be subject to current cancellation policies.
Thirty (30) days prior to departure, we shall provide you with all necessary travel documents such as itinerary, airline tickets, vouchers, destination information, and luggage tags
A $25.00 administrative fee will be imposed for expedited document delivery.
