The Solomon Islands are located east of Papua New Guinea, 1,300 miles northeast of Australia and west of Fiji. Just a 4-hour flight from Fiji, you will arrive in Honiara the capital on the island of Guadalcanal. Here you will find hundreds of ships and aircraft from World War II that have settled in the waters now called Ironbottom Sound.

Munda is located on beautiful Roviana Lagoon, just 15 minutes flight from Gizo. A unique history of head hunting with many artifacts to visit! Munda is ideally located for those travelers who want to get off the beaten track to search for a adventure. Along with great diving, you can arrange to visit Skull Island, an ancestral shrine. In the center of the island the shrine is adorned with 30 human skulls along with Bakhia, beautiful hand crafted shell money rings of considerable value.
